ยืนต่อแถวซื้อ Chicken Bake ที่ Costco ตอนนั้นผมเป็นคนรองสุดท้ายของแถว คุณป้า(เหมือนจะเป็นคนจีน) ที่ยืนอยู่ข้างหลังผม พูดกับผมว่า เค้าจะออกจากแถวไปทำอะไรซักอย่าง (ฟังไม่ถนัด) แล้วจะกลับมายืนข้างหลังเราเหมือนเดิม ผมบอกคุณป้าทันทีว่า ผมจองที่ให้ไม่ได้หรอกนะ คุณป้าบอกว่า แต่ตอนนี้เค้าอยู่ในแถวแล้วนะ จะออกไปตรงนั้นก่อนแล้วจะกลับมา พร้อมกับชี้ไปทางซุ้มน้ำจิ้มกับที่เติมน้ำ ผมบอกคุณป้าคนนั้นไปอีกครั้งว่าเข้าใจว่าตอนนี้มาต่อแล้วจะออกไป แต่ผมจองที่ให้ไม่ได้ ดูออกว่าคุณป้าไม่พอใจ เค้าบอกว่าถ้าอย่างนั้นเค้าจะออกไปแล้วกลับมาต่อแถวอื่นก็แล้วกัน แล้วคุณป้าก็เดินออกจากแถวไป
มีชุดแต่งงานชุดนึงที่ร้านเราออกแบบมาให้มีโบว์อันใหญ่ด้านหลัง ตอนเราไปโชว์ชุดนี้ครั้งแรกที่นิวยอร์ก เราได้ฟีดแบ็คจากร้านต่างๆที่ซื้อชุดยี่ห้อเราไปขายว่ามีลูกค้าเยอะมากที่ไม่อยากผูกโบว์เอง อยากได้โบว์สำเร็จ เพราะกลัวว่าผูกเองจะไม่สวย ถ้าเป็นโบว์สำเร็จแบบติดตะขอ เอาไปติดด้านหลังเลยโดยไม่ต้องผูกจะง่ายกว่ามาก เนื่องจากโบว์อันนี้ที่มีอยู่มันต้องแก้แพทเทิร์นอยู่แล้ว เจ้านายเลยคิดว่าลองหาวิธีทำโบว์สำเร็จดีกว่า เจ้านายเลยให้เราไปออกแบบหาวิธีมา
